Moss Aquamarine - Let me Tell you my Origin!

Moss Aquamarine
- When it comes to Ancient folklore, Aquamarine was believed to be possessed by Mermaids as their Treasure. It was also considered a totem for fearlessness, Protection and Good Luck for sailors.

A Stone rumored to guarantee eternal youth and happiness, Aquamarine has a History of being a Famous and reputed Precious Gemstone.

Aquamarine comes from the Latin ‘Aqua Marinus’ which translates to ‘Water of the Sea’ in English. Aquamarine belongs to the Beryl family and it would be safe to state that Moss Aquamarine is another Rendition of the Aquamarine Gemstone.

While Aquamarine is a transparent and Blue Crystal, it can also be Bluish-green. These phenomena are caused by iron Oxidization within the chemical makeup of the Stone.

Back then, as Superstition reigned supreme, the Bluish-Green color of the Aquamarine was attributed to the magnetic Aura of the Moon and was also used for future-gazing at the time the Moon’s size was to increase.

The mossy features within the Transparent Gem body are extra-ordinary and Naturally occurring with a Little bit of science to accompany the process. Moss Aquamarine is known to be mined in Brazil, Africa, Madagascar, etc.
